At Sportingers.com, your satisfaction is our top priority. Most unused items can be returned within 365 days of the shipping date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unworn and in original condition
Returned with original tags and packaging intact
Returns that fall outside this policy may not be accepted and could be donated without a refund.
Go to the Track My Order page on Sportingers.com
Enter your order number and email address
Select the item(s) you want to return
Choose your return method and confirm
Print the return label and follow the instructions provided
Tip: If you don’t have a printer, you can print the return label at a local library, post office, or shipping store.
If you’re returning an order from outside the U.S., or if the self-service tool isn’t available for your order, please contact our Customer Support team. We’ll provide return instructions specific to your location.
A $9.99 return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping costs.
This fee is waived if you opt to receive your refund in the form of a Sportingers.com gift card.
If the return is due to a shipping or product error on our part, no fee will be charged.
Some items are not eligible for return, including:
Items marked as FINAL SALE on the product page
Personalized or customized products
Manufacturer Direct items, which must be returned within 30 days of shipment
Gift cards and e-gift certificates
If you’re returning a gift, please reach out to our Customer Support team. Provide the original order number and the email address you’d like the gift card refund sent to. Once processed, you’ll receive a return label and instructions by email.
Returns are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item(s)
Refunds may take an additional 2–7 business days to appear on your original payment method
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment or as a gift card, based on your selection
Items bought in-person at physical events or locations must be returned at the same venue and are not eligible for online return.
Orders placed online must be returned through the Sportingers.com return process.
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
