Easy Refund and Returns Policy – 365 Days to Decide
At Sportingers.com, your satisfaction always comes first. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that most unused items can be returned within 365 days from the date they were shipped. To qualify for a return, your items should be unworn, in their original condition, and include all original tags and packaging.
If items are returned outside of these guidelines, we may be unable to process a refund, and such products could be donated. Our goal is to make returns simple and stress-free while ensuring fairness for all our customers.
How to Return an Item
At Sportingers.com, we want your return process to be as simple and stress-free as possible, whether you’re in the U.S. or anywhere else in the world.
If your order was placed within the United States, you can easily start your return through our website. Go to the “Track My Order” page on Sportingers.com and enter your order number along with the email address you used to make your purchase. Once your order details appear, select the item or items you wish to return. Next, choose your preferred return method whether by mail or through a drop-off service and confirm your return request. A prepaid return label will then be generated for you to print. Simply follow the step-by-step instructions provided with the label to complete the return process.
If you don’t have a printer available at home, you can print your return label at any nearby library, post office, or shipping store. We recommend packing your items securely in their original packaging to avoid any damage during transit. Make sure the tags are still attached and the items remain in unused condition to qualify for a full refund. Once we receive and inspect your returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
For international customers, the process is just as smooth but may vary slightly depending on your country. If you’re returning an order from outside the U.S., or if our self-service return tool isn’t available for your specific order, please reach out to our Customer Support team. Our team will provide detailed return instructions, including the best shipping options and return address for your region. We aim to make sure your experience is convenient and worry-free, no matter where you’re returning from.

Return Shipping Fees
When returning an item to Sportingers.com, a small fee of $9.99 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping. However, if you choose to receive your refund as a Sportingers.com gift card, this fee will be completely waived allowing you to keep the full refund amount for future purchases.
If your return is the result of an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong item, a defective product, or a shipping mistake, you will not be charged any return fee. In such cases, Sportingers will cover all return shipping costs to make things right for you.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for safety, hygiene, or manufacturing reasons. These include any products clearly marked as FINAL SALE on the product page, as well as personalized or customized items created specifically for you. Manufacturer Direct items products shipped directly from the manufacturer must be returned within 30 days of the shipment date and are subject to the manufacturer’s specific return rules.
Please also note that gift cards and e-gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. We encourage customers to review all product details carefully before purchasing to ensure satisfaction with every order.
Returning a Gift
If you’ve received a gift and would like to return it, our Customer Support team will be happy to assist you. Simply contact us and provide the original order number, along with the email address where you’d like to receive your refund in the form of a Sportingers.com gift card. Once we verify the details, our team will email you a return label along with easy-to-follow instructions for sending the item back. This allows you to return the gift without involving the original purchaser, making the process smooth and private.
Refund Processing Times
Once we receive your returned item or items, please allow up to 10 business days for us to inspect and process the return. After your refund has been approved, it may take an additional 2 to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your original payment account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable, as they cover the initial delivery costs. Refunds are issued either to your original method of payment or as a Sportingers.com gift card, depending on which option you choose during the return process. Our goal is to make sure every refund is handled quickly and transparently, so you can shop with confidence every time.
Additional Notes
Items purchased in person at physical events, pop-up shops, or other locations must be returned directly to the same venue where they were bought. These purchases cannot be processed through our online return system. Likewise, orders placed online must be returned using the Sportingers.com return process to ensure proper tracking and timely refunds.
Please note that we currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, you’ll need to return your original purchase for a refund and then place a new order for the item you prefer. This process ensures accuracy and helps us serve you more efficiently.
